Mental Health agency where I work with some remarkable people - co-workers and clients! This is just for fun and a follow up to a song I wrote a couple years ago for the agency called Just Kidding (guess I'll have to upload that one now...) The clients and staff got a big kick out of it. We are the staff from the LTSR This job can make you wind up at the bar And have a drink or two well hell maybe three Guys and gals get a buzz on but oh no not me! I am in recovery... I am in recovery, just like all of you I don't drink or drug no more just do what I do Take walks around the VA grounds 1 or 2 miles We like residents with great big smiles Oh by the way do you need any towels? Need a shower we get towels. If you like shopping we go to walmart Don't spend too much Don't fill up your cart Don't ask for burgers while passing Mickey D's When you're on pass then do as you please And don't ask for milkshakes if you're on a diet If you sneak one you best keep it quiet Cause if I find out you'll lose your pass Then all week long your crying "Craig kiss my ass!!" Oh no no no no no no no Then you can't go Just remember we are staff you are residents And we might like you but we can't be best friends When you screw up we take your smoke break Don't eat too much at the snack social you'll get a belly ache But we got ots of games and we play chess Play in the dining room but don't make a mess Oh no no please don't make a mess It makes some of us so depressed We are the staff at the LTSR Kathie Debbie Susie - they work so hard Shirley, Sherry, Holly too - cCaig on this guitar If you can't find Scott try the dining room - playing cards In the dining room playing cards Everyone of us is here to help you Especiallly the nurses they love what they do Elaine, Carrie, Debbie passing out meds Carol and Angie too try to help your heads Don't get sick or they'll put you to bed 24 hours on sick protocol Yes the nurses love it here they are having a ball so please don't refuse your meds it is not fair They spend hour after hour writing up another med error Oh no no ... Now don't forget the reason why you're here This is not the Hilton - let's make that clear Nothis isn't the Hilton lets please make that clear Oh no no no no no no no Are you sure I can't just have one - just one beer....
