Nobody thinks he can win. The odds are stacked against him. But he knows better . . . The world's number one chess player, Magnus Carlsen, is deep in training, because on September 10th, in New York City, he will attempt to do the impossible: beat the whole world at chess. Three Grand Masters will play against him live, each making recommendations for the world chess community to vote on as their collective next move. You can become part of this chess army, but be warned - you may think your numbers make you unbeatable . . . but Magnus doesn't. You can help us to beat Magnus. For more information on the RAW World Chess Challenge and how you can join the global team to take on the world's finest chess player, check out our website.

Moremover Says:

Sep 3, 2010 - Hallo Magnus , can you beat my worldrecord with - mate in 550 - at youtube.com : NEWEKLOWSKY kindly regards from Germany Lutz Neweklowsky

Moremover Says:

Sep 3, 2010 - funny censorship on youtube.com = spamania Hallo Magnus , ...Kasparov and Karpov did it and so you will do it too, because it is easy for a strong GM to beat the world ... but can you beat my worldrecord with - mate in 550 - at youtube.com : NEWEKLOWSKY kindly regards from Germany Lutz Neweklowsky

Moremover Says:

Sep 3, 2010 - Carlsen will go the same way than Kasparov and Karpov did, because it is easy for a strong GM to beat the world. Realy funny are these spams on youtube.com or should I say censorship : watch?v=oj7YaVBolXI&feature=related watch?v=CxwKBNXd46M watch?v=pBgNo1MRtq0 watch?v=obcCApvvtpI

Sep 4, 2010 - Carlsen will go the same way than Kasparov and Karpov did, because it is easy for a strong GM to beat the world. But Carlsen cannot beat my worldrecord mate in 550 here on youtube.com under : longest mate or längste Matt

vtyw93 Says:

Sep 4, 2010 - Isn't "the world"'s voting just going to undermine the strengths of the grandmasters? Popular moves just doesn't equate to brilliance when you invite everyone, even if you do have the GM commentary.

UnderDog988 Says:

Sep 7, 2010 - @vtyw93 We dont vote on the game 100% we just vote on the move the other three grandmaster put. And if they all pick the same move we dont vote.

Snootwaller Says:

Sep 8, 2010 - I think he'll beat the world because many times in chess there is only ONE accurate move. But according to the rules the GMs will be forced to present choices to the audience. Sooner or later the world will make a 2nd best or 3rd best move in a situation where only one move is any damn good. Go Carlsen!!!!

ddferrer Says:

Sep 9, 2010 - I remember the last time they did this. Kasparov DESTROYED the World. Hopefully with Nakamura on the team, it will be more of an exciting game. Maybe the other grandmasters can have Rybka analyzing on the sidelines as well?

l3ts9o Says:

Sep 10, 2010 - LOL, at 0:24 you can clearly see the white piece in the guy's right hand. Fail.

jakecarlos Says:

Sep 10, 2010 - all Raw's chess commercial are ugly!

Moremover Says:

Sep 10, 2010 - Hello Judit , Maxime and Hikaru better forget your play with 5...d6? ( correct is for example 5...c6! ) or your play with 7...e5? ( correct is for example 7...Lf5 ) . After this two blunders it would have been better to give up the game. You need not Stockfish or Rybka , what you need is the CODE of chess and you will know what beauty in chess realy is. Have a look at my last three worldrecords and you will perhaps understand . You can find them here on youtube.com under the word NEWEKLOWSKY

(Note: We are sorry when you find videos above which don't have any relevant with tourism,
. . . . . . . because these video appear directly from youtube.com which we cannot control it.)
